Your Story: Aaron was born and raised in Austin and was a loner growing up. He's always been obsessed with being the best he possibly can and takes it hard whenever he fails to do so. At 19 he signed up to the Marine Corps and finally found people he could relate to during his training. He thrived in the military setting, even getting to lead his own squad during action in Iraq.

One day things went south, his orders resulted in the deaths of his team. He survived but was left seriously injured and in a medically induced coma for 3 weeks. During recovery he and those around him saw that he wasn't functioning as well as he was. Some suspected PTSD, but Aaron thought his failure had broken him. Aaron was discharged from service and with his small fee started renting an apartment in New York, where he could start a new life.
