Her power and look is defined as muscle experimentation (she calls it pseudo vampirsm). She has Speed and Stength (these two go together because of the way her muscles can move. The strength allows her to move her legs at a faster then normal pace)
However he speed is not like the Flash..it's just quicker flexes and allows her to run faster.
average human can run 6 mph. She can run 20 mph.

Limits: The reason why she calls it pseudo vampirsm is because she is weaker in the daylight. Only able to perfom at half her strength while the sun is out. She can also exhaust herself after using her abilities for a prolonged period of time. Also the side of effect of the drug hinders her eye sight a bit during the day. Bright lights can make everything seem a bit fuzzy. She wears sunglasses in the day or in brightly lit room in order to maintain her eye sight.

-----Personality Traits-----

Personality: She's not exactly friendly. She doesn't reveal to much about herself as her life was based mostly in secrets. She doesn't talk about her past because according to her she had none. Only the future. She's cold and calculating. She normally will think about things first but sometimes her impulses will get the best of her. She's quick to temper, but one might not know it at the moment until she has a knife to their throat later in the night.

Strengths: She plays very close to the vest as it keeps her safe. She has her own moral code, but they are not always within the parameter of everyone else. She does like to make sure someone is guilty before she takes their life. However when her impulse kicks in that goes out the window. She lives her life mostly alone as her job doesn't allow her the freedom of friends..they would slow her down.

Flaws: She doesn't know what real love is. She was sure maybe once in her life she was in love but doesn't quiet understand it. Her flaws are not understanding true compassion for a human life. She can be arrogant and egocentric most of the time.

Family Relations: Her mother and father are both deceased. They died early in her childhood. She was raised by her Uncle.

Other Significant People: Trenton. He was her mentor and she would never say if their relationship was anything more then that.

Assets: SUV for moving around. She does have access to different passports under aliases she uses when traveling. She had a Swiss account for her transactions and will have her money put into different accounts so it's readily available to her. Her job is lucrative. So it allows her to have the nicer things but she does not flaunt this. She keeps a warehouse loft in Los Angeles..and will rent spaces in New York or Philadelphia as needed.

Your Story:

Elektra doesn't know much about her parents. She knew her mother was American but her father was Greek. She lived in Greece for a very short time. She was born there but when her parents had died she moved to America with her Uncle. He lived in a small town called Galva, Iowa. She never questioned it, she was only five so the memory of her parents is very vague. Her uncle didn't talk much about them..but he did show her pictures of her parents and of course her as a baby. She had a good relationship with her Uncle. He wasn't mean to her, but there was always something about him that she didn't understand. He would work late hours leaving her with a nanny. The town they lived in didn't seem to have much, so having a nanny she found out later in life proved to be a big deal.

While she was growing up her Uncle would sometimes give her shots and tell her they were immunizations. She never questioned it. However about age 11 she noticed a slight change in her strength. She would sometimes accidentally break glasses in her hand when she held them to tightly. And sometimes when she was walking she caught herself walking so fast she would miss her destination. Her Uncle started to help her with these changes and told her it was a natural process and that she would learn to start controlling it with his help. He had also taken to teaching her Russian and Italian. He pulled her out of school and found her teachers to help with this. He had also hired a private instructor to teach her martial arts and to give her a skill. Elektra had watched a show in knife throwing and begged her instructor to teach her that.

As a teenager she continued her lessons however she was starting to become rebellious with them. Even though she was pulled from school she started to hang out with a group that called themselves Goth..she started to adopt their darker lifestyle with the way they dressed, acted she even started to gain a fetish for vampires. Her uncle seemed accepting of her choices except he became stern and angry when she would skip her lessons. So she continued her lessons with some compromises that were made among her and her uncle.

What Elektra didn't know was that he was breeding her to be a killer. That was why he was allowing her to embrace the darker lifestyle. He was almost thrilled by it. He wanted her to accept death as a natural position in life. It could not have worked out better. Her uncle had been tracking her movements through the martial art instructor..she would wear tags on her body that would send the algorithm of her muscles to a computer that he could track. Her uncle was working on an underground project for the Government on making killing machines. He was using his niece as a guinea pig.

This information was unknown to her. These experiments were not officially sanctioned by the Government.

When she was 16 two men had broke into her home while her Uncle was at work. They were in the process of robbing the house when she caught them. They proceeded to attack her but she fought back. Elektra had broken one mans neck..the second man she had shredded his chest to ribbons with her nails (just acrylic nails filed into points). Her uncle has come home and saw the mess. He told her they needed to clean it up so they had. They buried the bodies and cleaned up the blood. They talked about the incident and he could tell that Elektra really felt no remorse for what she had done. She had told her Uncle it was either her or them. She chose them. What she also did not know was this attack was staged. Her uncle hired the men to break into the house to see what her response would be. Needless to say he was impressed by what he saw and her reaction to it.

Two more years went by when she was 18 he introduced her to man named Trenton. She was learn all she could from him. Trenton was a highly paid mercenary. She had spent 7 year of her life with him through rigorous training. He had taught her the art of stealth and the art of death. During this time she spent with Trenton he was the one that explained to her what she was..what her uncle had been doing. She never understood how she got the powers of speed and strength. Trenton couldn't explain it in full detail as he was no scientist but her Uncle was. All he knew it was muscle experimentation. She had never seen her Uncle since the day he left her with Trenton. Seven years she spent traveling the world and gaining new marks. Gaining new allies and enemies aplenty. When she was 26 Trenton had told her it was their time was over with. She was ready to do it on her own. He was only supposed to stay a few years with her but they had built up a bond together. She knew there was another reason why he left her to do this on her own but she never questioned it at that moment. The question still lingers in her mind but she never sought him out after that. That was his last request to her. She obeyed it. Just as she had every other order he gave her.

With the connections she has built up, she was easily enough able to do it on her own. Elektra became more hardened. Shutting out the rest of the world.

She still had her love for the night while she was with Trenton she had fang implants put in and likes to continue to keep them sharp by filing them into sharp points. She continues to have an obsession for life through each death. Each persons he murders she believes she takes a small part of their essenses with her because she was the last person to see when they died. She was responsible for their death. Therefore they will always be connected.

Since she still has impulse controls..she will kill if provoked for other reasons. She has no real remorse when doing so.
